FLX Therapist Appointment Alerts

FLX Massage Therapy, LLC offers optional automated texts to its therapists about new bookings, appointment changes and reschedules, cancellations, and removal or addition to a visit. Messages may include client names, appointment dates, Eastern times, locations and a staff portal link. This program does not send marketing or client appointment reminders.

Enrollment and consent

Sign into your own authorized therapist account, open Text alerts, enter your mobile number, select the alert preference, check the separate consent box, and choose Save text preferences. Consent is not a condition of purchase or working with FLX. Management cannot opt you in on your behalf. If you previously enabled new-booking-only alerts, review and accept the broader scope before these alerts begin. An enrollment confirmation is sent when delivery is active. Preferences saved before activation may need to be disabled and enabled again to receive a fresh confirmation.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's plan governs any charges.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe. You can also disable alerts in Text alerts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact notifications@flxchatt.com. To rejoin after STOP, reply START to unblock the sender, then review and enable consent in your therapist portal; START alone does not create a staff account or grant access.

Delivery and use

Texts can be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your mobile number current and check the portal as the source of truth. Do not send clinical details or card information by text. Use the portal or contact FLX management for appointment questions. Alerts begin after management enables delivery and carrier approval is complete; enrollment does not guarantee delivery.
