Therapist text-alert enrollment

FLX Therapist Appointment Alerts is an optional staff program. Enrollment requires an authorized therapist sign-in at the therapist portal.

  1. Open Text alerts in your own account.
  2. Enter your mobile number.
  3. Select texts for new bookings, changes and cancellations.
  4. Read the disclosure, SMS Terms and Privacy Policy, then check the separate consent box.
  5. Choose Save text preferences. Disable alerts here or reply STOP at any time.
