Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FLX Massage Therapy, LLC uses information in its booking site and optional therapist text-alert program.

Information we collect and use

We collect the contact details you provide, appointment and scheduling information, and account sign-in information to manage bookings, staff access and communications. Intake responses and therapist chart notes are used to support your care and are restricted by staff roles. Please do not enter payment card details into notes, intake forms or texts.

For therapist SMS alerts, we collect the mobile number, alert preference, consent scope and time, and operational message records such as recipient, message content, provider reference and delivery status. We use these to send requested alerts and investigate delivery problems. Texts may include client names, appointment times and locations. They do not include intake responses or clinical chart notes.

Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts the booking application and its data, Supabase supports sign-in, Resend delivers application email, and Twilio delivers text messages. Providers receive the information needed to perform those services. Gift-card purchases and payment processing on GlossGenius, and reviews submitted on Google, are governed by those services' policies.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers necessary to deliver and operate the messaging service. We do not sell SMS consent or use it to enroll you in marketing campaigns.

Your choices

Therapist texts are optional. Reply STOP to stop texts, or disable them in the therapist portal. Reply HELP for help, or email notifications@flxchatt.com. You can continue to use the portal without SMS consent.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed to operate the business, support care, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. You can contact FLX to request access to or correction or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained. Access controls help protect records, but ordinary SMS is not a private clinical communication channel.
